The quarantine days...

Since most folks have been stuck at home with nowhere to go, Captain Steve thought this would a great time to jump on Instagram Live and teach some fun lessons. If you've been following along, this is how you get ahold of the resources he's been talking about making available and you've probably got a discount code you're itchin' to plug in at checkout. If you haven't seen any of Captain Steve's lessons on Instagram Live, you might want to join in before you put this membership in your cart!

Check in on our Instagram account to find out when Captain Steve will be doing his next lesson. Instruments taught include guitar, ukulele, keyboard, bass guitar, and drums/percussion. Lessons cover the following: learning notes, scales, chords, technique, and music styles. However, since there is no better way to learn to play your instrument than to do so within the context of playing a song, in these free lessons, he's always teaching you a song.

This membership will provide access to ANY and ALL additional resources that we produce to complement Captain Steve's ongoing Live Lesson endeavors. He's got plenty of songs up his sleeve that he wants to teach in this format. The resources may include lead sheets, tablature, fretboard diagrams, play along music tracks, and even replay video of the lessons. We hope you enjoy this new format we're trying out and hope you'll jump on Instagram Live with Captain Steve and send us a wave!

Notes on Play Along Tracks

Play-Along Tracks
The play-along tracks for the songs Captain Steve teaches in his free lessons come as either individual tracks (called stems) that will open in free DAW software (GarageBand for Mac, Studio One for Windows) or as a MuseScore file that will play in the free Musescore desktop application (Mac or Windows). Play-along tracks for many songs come in both formats.
